All Sales Are Final, All purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our cosmetics.
Preorders
All preorder purchases are final. Orders are processed once the preorder period has closed. Please allow the stated processing and shipping time before requesting updates.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
If approved, we will send a replacement. Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where a replacement is not available.
