All Kealluré Cosmetics orders are processed once the preorder period closes. This allows us to carefully prepare and package each order to meet our luxury quality standards.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be approved.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.
